New IQ Cartridge Purchase	$199 + GST per SIM card per year for 5MB data Year 1 Data and GSP support is included in IQ cartridge cost Years 2 & 3 are payable on the 1st and 2nd anniversary of commencement
4G Cartridge Exchange Purchase Only	Data is not included with the exchange cartridge purchase
IQ Data Plan Notes	If monthly data usage exceeds monthly data allowance, excess data charge is $1.00 per MB or part thereof and is not included in the above. This will be invoiced separately

By authorising this agreement, the Customer;

Confirms that they have read and accept the attached Terms and Conditions;
Agrees to the detail, charges and other information contained above;
Agrees that Rain Bird shall invoice the Customer at the invoice interval detailed above and the customer will pay those invoice by the due date;
Invoice amounts will vary according based on the invoice interval selected and excess data charges if applicable

An authorised representative of the client must sign and return a copy of the agreement to Rain Bird Australia by submitting this form online or by emailing it to gspservices@rainbird.com.au
